Swept Crown Braid- Essence of Youth

The Swept Crown Braid begin by treating the hair with Essence of Youth. Because of the length of the hair, the ends were damaged and brittle. Essence of Youth fixed the ends, and added collagen to the her hair, filling in any pot holes in the follicles, giving the hair a smooth and even look throughout.




Technique:

1. Section hair from ear to ear. Use knotting technique across the front section. The leftover pieces were used to basket weave over the crown area. This basket weave can either be left down or pushed up to create a tiara.

2.The back section which was secured in a ponytail is finished off in a braided chignon. The ponytail is split in two and braided out from the center to the ends. The braids are then folded to create any desirable finished style.

The look was finished with Pracaxi spray for added shine.
